The Office of the Board of Regents submits the following reports to the State of Texas. They are made available here in PDF format, which may be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader, available free from Adobe.

The U. T. Board of Regents holds regular quarterly meetings which are rotated among the institutions and the System Administration offices in Austin and scheduled in February, May, August, and November. The Board also holds special called meetings as necessary.  

The Minutes of Board meetings are distributed to the Legislative Reference Librarian (certified per Texas Government Code Section 324.008) and e-mail notification of the availability of the Minutes on the Web is sent to the Governor's Budget & Planning Office, Legislative Budget Board, Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, and the State Auditor's Office.
