The CMBL is a comprehensive mailing list of vendors who are actively competing for State business opportunities. This list is an effective tool for businesses to use to market their products and services to state agencies and institutions of higher education. A business may register on the CMBL either by on-line or submitting a hard copy application along with a $75 one-year registration fee which may be paid by credit card or checking/debit card. The activation notice will be mailed by US mail that includes your User ID and password. Please allow 24 hours for payment processing and file activation. For hard copy registration, allow up to 30 working days for the application to be processed. You will receive an activation notice by US mail that includes your User ID and Password which should be used for future record updates and registration renewals. Once you are registered you may modify your existing CMBL profile online. Businesses on the CMBL receive notices of bid opportunities automatically.
The ESBD is an automated search engine used by vendors to locate upcoming bid opportunities. All state agencies and institutions of higher education advertise all procurements valued over $25,000 here
