UT Institutions Recover From Hurricane Ike

Sept. 15 - In the aftermath of Hurricane Ike, three University of Texas System health institutions are conducting damage assessments and working to resume normal campus operations as soon as possible. UT Medical Branch at Galveston, UT Health Science Center – Houston and UT M.D. Anderson Cancer Center are posting updated information and advisories on their respective Web sites. Additionally, UT Austin and UT Health Science Center – Tyler are assisting statewide sheltering efforts.
