The Intellectual Property Section of the Office of General Counsel provides a variety of materials for negotiating, preparing and processing Clinical Trial Agreements. For example, we have sample paragraphs and online checklists to facilitate revising and negotiating publication, confidentiality, intellectual property and indemnifications sections of a clinical trial agreement.
