Many offices within System Administration maintain sets of internal policies, procedures, standards or guidelines that don’t belong in the System Administration Policy Library, as defined by INT155. The Policy Office has developed a template to help users organize such policies.  The template and instructions are available at: http://www.utsystem.edu/policy/dept_pol.html

Deleted Policies

• UTS142.6, Policy on Determining Value of Trust Minerals has been deleted, as the specifics of policy are covered in UTS142.11, Land and Other Real Estate Held as Investments by Endowments
• INT150, Receipt of Funds and Unpaid Charges, and INT151, Deposits and Loans, have been deleted and replaced with UTS166, Cash Management and Cash Handling Policy, and UTS167, Banking Services Policy.
• INT102, FLSA - Exempt and Non-Exempt Employees combined into INT113, FLSA - Overtime.
• INT108, Performance Evaluation - Administrative and Professional Employees and INT107, Performance Evaluation - Classified Employees combined into INT107, Performance Appraisals.
• INT110, Rules of conduct Pertaining to Protecting the Confidentiality of Social Security Numbers, is deleted
• INT146, Separation (Voluntary) Procedures, is deleted
• INT156, Information Resources Acceptable Use Policy. Please see INT124, Information Resources Use and Security Policy
• UTS136, Procedures for Ensuring a Good Faith Effort to Use HUB Firms, is superseded by UTS137, Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program
• UTS142.6, Policy on Determining Value of Trust Minerals is deleted
• UTS158, Automobile Allowance Policy, is deleted
• UTS166, Protecting the Confidentiality of Social Security Numbers, was combined to form UTS165, Information Resources Use and Security Policy
• UTS167, Protecting the Confidentiality and Integrity of Digital Research Data, was combined to form UTS165, Information Resources Use and Security Policy
