Lease of Ground or Building Owned by the
Board of Regents of The University of Texas System
The University of Texas - Pan American and the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System (the "Landlord") are pleased to announce that they are seeking proposals from qualified respondents for the lease of an existing building or the ground lease and re-development of the property with new construction. The property comprises approximately 2.35 acres of land and is improved with a single story building of approximately 16,881 gross square feet and related surface parking spaces. It is located on the north side of West University Drive between 4th and 5th Avenues in Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas ("the Premises").
Due to likely interest from multiple parties, the Landlord has decided to market the Premises for lease by means of a Request for Proposals following certain guidelines, procedures and deadlines. Details of the Request for Proposals appear at the link above.
