If I am a re-applicant, do I have to complete a new application?

If you applied last year and are re-applying this year you will need to fill out a new online application (do not use last years PIN, you will need to obtain a new PIN). You must also re-send your transcripts and evaluation letters, signed certification page, application fee, and photos. For Section 11, you will be able to copy your Record of College Work from last year's application. Your previous coursework will automatically pre-populate into Section 11. All other sections must be re-entered.

It is recommended that you do not send the same letters from the last application cycle. Evaluation letters should be updated or come from new evaluators.

Will I need to re-release my test scores?

Test scores that are in our database from a previous application, automatically carry over to your new application. We use social security numbers to identify and carry over previous test scores. You will need to release scores from any tests taken since the last application cycle. To ensure that we have all test scores, go to the Status of Application and Documents Received page to make sure there is a received date next to each test date.

Can I get a hard copy of a previous year's application?

TMDSAS recommends that you print a copy of your application for your personal records. If you did not keep a personal copy and need a copy of a previous year's application, you must send TMDSAS a written request with your full name, mailing address, entry year of application and a $10.00 check or money order for the retrieval fee. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery if request is made during peak periods (July - September).

If you have applied in the past two years, you may print a copy by going to the Status of Application and Documents Received page and clicking on [Formatted/Printable Application].
