IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

• 8/4/08 - Transcripts submitted to TMDSAS cannot be more than one year old. For complete instructions on submitting transcripts, refer to the Application Instructions.

• 7/24/08: UT Southwestern's secondary application is now back up and working. The new URL is http://sws004.swmed.edu/mdsuppapp/home.asp. If you previously bookmarked the old URL, you will need to change it accordingly.

• As indicated in in the Application Instructions, you cannot use Mozilla Firefox to fill out our application. You must use Internet Explorer.
  
  
• If submitting individual evaluation letters, please remind your evaluators that the TMDSAS evaluation form MUST be accompanied by a personal letter of evaluation. The letter should be on official letterhead.
  
  
  
• Due to new building security policies, applicants can no longer drop off materials to TMDSAS in person. You must mail in all materials.
  
  
• Do NOT mail in your Certification Page, application fee and photos until you have submitted your application. We will return these items if received before your application is submitted.
