How to access the Advisor Portal
The new TMDSAS Advisor Portal for the EY 2011 application cycle is now available. To access the new portal, click here to log in.
Be sure to read the Advisor Portal User Guide to learn about the functionality of the portal.
Need access to the Advisor's Portal?
Don't have access? If you need to request access to the new portal, email Nicole Dubuque at ndubuque@utsystem.edu. Include your name, title, email address, school name and phone number in the email.
Historical Reports for Advisors
Need to access EY 07, 08 and 09 information?
To access reports for entry years 2007, 2008 and 2009 you need to access the old advisor's portal. Click here to log in.

Remind Your Students!
Letters of evaluation and transcripts should be submitted to TMDSAS by October 1.
Remind students to update TMDSAS with any
changes to: 
- Contact Info
- Planned Test Dates - MCAT, DAT or GRE
- Letters of Evaluation
- Planned Coursework
