Annual Enrollment (AE) began on July 1 and ends midnight CDT July 31, 2009. During this time you may change your group insurance benefit elections and add or remove dependents from coverage using My UT Benefits (formerly U.T. Touch).

On or around July 1, you will receive “Your UT Benefits Enrollment Options” letter or email that lists your current coverage and future coverage options and informs you if any action is required on your part. The elections you make will become effective on the later of September 1, 2009, or upon approval of EOI if required.
