Annual Enrollment will begin on July 15, 2012, and end on July 31, 2012. During this period, you can:
- Make changes to your benefits;
- Enroll in UT FLEX (employees only);
- Request new coverage for eligible dependents; and/or
- Remove ineligible dependents from the program.
Details on your benefits enrollment options and plan rates will be included in the special Annual Enrollment edition of the “A Matter of Health” newsletter, due to arrive in your email inbox by June 13. By early July, the OEB website will be updated with Annual Enrollment information, including insurance vendor presentations, and you will receive your Coverage Option Letter on July 15, 2012.
During these next few months, it is especially important for employees and retirees to keep contact information (particularly email addresses) up to date. If you know of other employees or retirees who are not receiving this newsletter electronically, please encourage them to contact the HR or Benefits office at their institution to update their email address. Through the monthly newsletter as well as through direct email and printed communications, the Office of Employee Benefits (OEB) and your institution will continue to keep you informed of the important developments affecting your benefits.
