2013-2014 Annual Enrollment Benefits Overview

The 2013-2014 Annual Enrollment Benefits Overview table allows you to quickly view your insurance plan options and to easily see if there are changes to the premium rates and learn what is new within each of the plans. The last column highlights details such as the upcoming availability of the Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC), Evidence of Insurability (EOI) requirements, a brief description of the Tobacco Premium Program, and reminders to enroll in UT FLEX.

Tobacco Premium Program (TPP) Monthly cost billed with UT SELECT Medical premium. Applies to tobacco user(s) (16 and over) enrolled in the UT SELECT Medical plan. Monthly cost based on three categories: Member $30, Spouse $30, and Child(ren) $30. Maximum of $90 per family per month for three or more tobacco users.
