It's Coming Soon!
Annual Enrollment will begin on July 15, 2013, and end on July 31, 2013. During this period, you can:
- Make changes to your benefits;
- Enroll in UT FLEX (employees only);
- Request new coverage for eligible dependents; and/or,
- Remove ineligible dependents from the program.
Details about your UT Benefits enrollment options and premium rates for the upcoming plan year will be included in the special Annual Enrollment edition of the “A Matter of Health” newsletter, due to arrive in your email inbox by July 3, 2013. During early July, the UT System Office of Employee Benefits (OEB) website will be updated with this year's Annual Enrollment information, including video presentations from OEB and the UT Benefits insurance vendors. You will receive your Coverage Option Letter by July 15, 2013.
During these next few months, it is especially important for employees and retirees to keep your contact information (particularly email addresses) up to date. If you know of any employees or retirees who are not receiving this newsletter electronically, please encourage them to contact the HR or Benefits office at their institution to update their email address.
Through this monthly newsletter as well as through direct email and printed communications, OEB and your institution will continue to keep you informed about important developments affecting your benefits.
