Image Description Here Participating in the UT Benefits program as an employee offers you the opportunity to enroll yourself and your eligible dependents in a variety of optional coverage, including: dental, vision, Voluntary Group Term Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Short and Long Term Disability (employees only), and Long Term Care. The UT System Office of Employee Benefits (OEB) is pleased to announce that there are no benefits plan design changes to any of the optional insurance plans for the upcoming 2014-2015 plan year. All of these optional plans will continue to offer the same complete package of benefits during the upcoming plan year, providing robust protection and financial value for you and your family.

Evidence of Insurability (EOI) is required to enroll in or increase Voluntary Group Term Life, Short Term or Long Term Disability, or Long Term Care coverage during Annual Enrollment. When you make your election, look for detailed information regarding EOI within My UT Benefits.
