Have you seen it?
If you’ve logged into the UT SELECT-Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas website recently to search for a doctor, review your 2011 claims history, request a temporary ID card or to review your UT SELECT benefits booklet, you might have noticed the new look UT SELECT online communications site for UT employees, retirees and dependents.
Even more benefits information has been brought to the landing page of the new website, with dedicated space to highlight programs available to the UT community. You can still log into Blue Access for Members to view your and your family’s appointment/claims history, all the great information you are used to seeing, and now easier than ever to find what you’re looking for.
What else to watch for?
In June, PayFlex Systems will bring an updated UT FLEX website online. The new UT FLEX website is branded HealthHub Powered by PayFlex and has the following updated features:
- Front page “Alerts” such as a claim requiring substantiation
- PayFlex debit card status
- “News you can use” with brief articles or topics relevant to your Flex account
- “Account Snapshots” which shows your various FLEX accounts, annual election, available remaining balance, and direct links to file a claim.
With the new HealthHub web platform, you will also be able access your account and utilize online features with the HealthHub smart phone app. The app is designed for use by the iPhone, Blackberry, and Android operating systems, so download the app now and be ready to access the new HealthHub account features soon!
Your account information (including your username and password) will transfer seamlessly to the new UT FLEX website.
