Disclosure

Important Information: The Fund Performance summary represents past performance. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The past performance data shown for the University of Texas System Mutual Fund Programs assume reinvestment of all dividends (ordinary income and capital gains) and are net of management fees and other fund operating expenses. Investing contains market risk, including the possible loss of principal. Consider the investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses of the mutual fund options carefully before investing. Investment return and principal value of an investment will fluctuate so that an investor’s shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost. The prospectus/prospectus summaries contain this and other information; you may obtain a prospectus from your selected UT Retirement Plan provider. Read the material carefully before investing. Current performance may be less than the figures shown. For month-end performance which may be lower or higher than the performance data shown please contact your selected UT Retirement Plan provider.

The past performance data shown for ING Variable Annuity products assume reinvestment of all dividends (ordinary income and capital gains) and are net of management fees and other fund operating expenses. For ING annuity funds, the numbers reflect total Separate Account charges of 0.50% on an annual basis. Returns less than one year are not annualized. Fund Inception Date is the date of inception for the underlying fund, and is the date used in calculating the periodic returns. The fund inception date indicates the inception date of the underlying investment portfolio, which may precede the portfolio's inclusion in the product. Current performance may be less than the performance data shown. For month-end performance which may be lower or higher than the performance data shown, please call contact your UT Retirement Programs provider.

You should consider the investment objectives, risks, and charges and expenses of the variable product and its underlying fund options carefully before investing. Account values fluctuate with market conditions, and when surrendered the principal may be worth more or less than its original amount invested. The prospectuses/prospectus summaries contain this and other information, which can be obtained by contacting your local representative. Please read the information carefully before investing.
