Almost 270,000 Texans could be eligible to receive associate degrees for coursework they have completed through Reverse Transfer, the first national service to retroactively award the degrees to students after they transfer to a four-year university.

International pharmaceutical company, Sanofi, recently signed an agreement with The University of Texas System to fund selected research programs focused on the early stages of drug discovery through its Sanofi Innovation Awards program. The company is seeking pre-proposals by Sept. 4.

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center has been ranked the No. 1 hospital for cancer care in the nation by U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Hospitals” survey.
Since the annual survey launched in 1990, MD Anderson has been named one of the top two cancer hospitals in the United States. It has ranked first 11 times in the past 14 years.
