Notes: "Executive" is defined as those positions determined by the institution's organizational structure, and includes most positions reporting to the institution's President or Vice Presidents. Only Senior Level Officers are included in this classification. This category includes people with the highest degree of responsibility and accountability for management of operations which are typically multi-functional.

"Administrative" is defined as those positions which report directly to Assistant or Associate Vice Presidents, or to a Director who reports to a Vice President of an institution.

"Managerial" is defined as those positions which report to an Administrative level position.
