Commodities

System Administration departments make purchases with support from the Accounting and Purchasing Services department. All solicitations over $25,000 are advertised on the Texas Building and Procurement Commission.

 

Information Systems Products are purchased from vendors who are certified as Qualified Information System Vendors with the Building and Procurement Commission.

 

Services

Professional, consulting and Other Services are entered into by contract. All solicitations over $25,000 are advertised on the Texas Building and Procurement Commission.

 

Construction

The Office of Facilities Planning and Construction (OFPC) manages the planning, design, and construction services for facilities needed by the institutions of The University of Texas System. OFPC also has a HUB coordinator on staff.
