As manager for Investigative Audit Services, Ms. Woods oversees the investigative function for the Texas A&M University System. She works with her investigative staff to determine if laws, administrative code or regulatory guidelines have been violated. If violations have occurred, Ms. Woods works closely with law enforcement and district attorneys to pursue the matters through the criminal justice system.
Ms. Woods received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Missouri Southern State University and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Southwest Texas State University. She has worked as a senior internal auditor for First American Bank, and an auditor for various local public accounting firms in New Braunfels, Dallas & Bryan/College Station. Ms. Woods also worked as the district loss prevention supervisor for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Ms. Woods is a Certified Public Accountant.
