Rory Jaffe is the Chief Compliance Officer at the University of California Davis Health System and is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the implementation of the compliance program. In addition, Rory serves as UC Davis School of Medicine Associate Professor, Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, as UC Davis Medical Group Associate Medical Director of Professional Billing Compliance, as UC Davis Medical Group PATH Audit Representative. He received a BS in Biology from Stanford University, a MD from UC Davis, and an MBA in Health Care Management from UC Davis. He is a frequent lecturer and author of numerous medical and compliance articles. He is licensed to practice medicine in California and Georgia, Diplomate, National Board of Medical Examiners, and Diplomate, American Board of Anesthesiology. He has received numerous awards including Alpha Omega Alpha, California State Merit Scholarship, and UC Davis Medical Center Medical Staff Award for Outstanding Service.
