Mr. Steven Lefar has been a board member of MediRegs since 2001 and became the President of MediRegs in November of 2002. Before joining MediRegs, Steve was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Allscripts Health Care Solutions, a leading provider of electronic medical records. While at Allscripts, he orchestrated the firm's strategic alliances, acquisitions and partnerships. Prior to Allscripts, Steve worked on alliances and partnerships with Andersen Consulting.. Mr. Lefar has been in the healthcare field for 15 years and has also worked for Caremark, Integrated Oncology Labs and the consulting firms APM and the MAC Group. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Michigan. Mr. Lefar is a Board Member of the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation of Chicago, a Board Member of the Aptakisic-Tripp School District the and on the editorial board of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
