Laura Yaeger is a Managing Director in Huron Consulting Group’s Healthcare and Education Practice, serving as a leader for the Higher Education team which comprises more than 200 professionals.

Laura has worked with more than 50 premier academic medical centers and research universities, serving as a key business advisor to help these institutions address their organizational, operational, information systems and compliance challenges.

Laura has been working with several large research institutions, currently under investigation by the Department of Justice and Office of Inspector General, on a wide variety of regulatory and fiscal compliance areas and has developed customized models to help these institutions implement programs that will be most effective in their unique environments.

Laura is a frequent speaker at national forums sponsored by NCURA, COGR, NACUBO, among others. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 1989.
