How do you identify the risks for Human Resources?  How do you manage the risks?  National experts in Human Resources will share best practices and discuss how to identify the risks and why they do what they do to mitigate the risks.  Presentations will cover such items as risk assessments, monitoring plans, reporting plans,  training plans, assurance activities, and how operations and compliance offices work together to mitigate the risks.   Utilizing these tools has enabled the partnership between the Human Resource Services (HRS) Department and the Office of Institutional Compliance (OIC) to prosper over the past five (5) years.  Ample time will be allotted for questions and discussion.
