Enterprise risk management and the University-wide compliance program - a Texas A&M University combined approach.  During this session, we'll discuss how Texas A&M University positioned itself for enterprise risk management and compliance.  We will discuss the benefits of implementing an enterprise risk management process, how Texas A&M University performs risk assessments, and how the compliance program and management advisory services work together with Texas A&M University’s enterprise risk management process. Also to be covered is how the compliance function makes use of the risk assessment and what role the compliance function plays in both performing the risk assessment and in monitoring the mitigation of risks.
