Enter an employee Last Name, or a portion of a last name, then click "Find."
(For example, enter Ja in the Name field to see Jackson, Jacobson, and Jancha)

You may also Search for Employees by Department or View All Employees by Department. If you are connecting from a computer within System Administration, you may View an Alphabetical Roster of Employees as well.

NOTE: Information in this directory is updated daily based on data received in Payroll. All permanent and temporary non-contract employees are included. Contract employees do not have a record in Payroll and are therefore not reflected here. However, individual departments may have listed such employees on their departmental pages.

Individuals with a UT EID may update their own biographical directory information by logging in at: https://utdirect.utexas.edu/pnbiog/. For information on how to change other types of information, see Update Help.
