To view Communication Log Entries

  1. Logon to SGELIG on the Web
  2. Click on the Access Log link in the lefthand menu bar of the main page
  3. Input an SSN, choose the insured's component code, and click Submit
The entries are sorted by date - oldest to newest.

Entries with an 'action' of VIEW or UPDATE were automatically created when the subscriber made changes to his/her coverages on U.T. TOUCHduring Annual Enrollment in July. A PIN type of 'WWWSUBUP' indicates that the subscriber used their U.T. TOUCH update PIN to view or update their coverages.

An action code of 'COMM' indicates that a communication log entry was made by a component HR/Benefits staff member or someone at EGI.

Creating Communication Log Entries
