Information required to reinstate a Subscriber's coverage.

Date format: All dates must be entered in YYYYMMDD format.

Field level help: Each input field offers field level help which provides information concerning what data should be entered.

PF keys: Several helpful functions offered in *SGELIG are accessed through the PF keys. PF1 lists these keys and functions.

Determine which of the Subscriber's records you wish to reinstate

Follow the instructions for the list command 1LS .

Review the current records and choose the record that, based on coverage plans and levels, dependent information, and personal information, is the record you wish to reinstate.

Access the 111 Screen

Type an 'X' in the space to the left of the record you wish to reinstate. Press ‘Enter.’

Access the Reinstate function screens

Type ‘REINST’ in the ACTION Command line located in the center of the 111 Screen. Press 'Enter.'

All 111 Screens

Press 'Enter' as you come to each screen in order to progress to the next screen.

No changes to coverage can be made using the Reinstate Subscriber function.

If changes need to be made to coverage, after you have finished reinstating coverage, use the Change a Subscriber's Coverage function.

Confirm Reinstatement of Coverages

Type 'REINST' when prompted. Press 'Enter.'
