Viewing Eligibility Information Using the List Commands

Each of the methods listed below will give you access to the 111 Screen.
| To access the 111 Screen | |
| To access the highest sequence number record for a member: | Type ‘111’ and the member’s social security number in the Command line and press ‘Enter.’ |
| To access the another sequence number record for a member: | Change the sequence number in the command line.
Type ‘1LS’ and the subscriber’s SSN or ‘1LI’ and the insured’s SSN in the command line and press ‘Enter.’

| To view information on the 111 Screen | |
| You can view information related to any of the headings listed below the ‘ACTION’ line by
placing an ‘X’ in the blank to the left of the heading and pressing ‘Enter.’
To view information related to several or all of the headings, type an ‘X’ by each heading you wish to view and press ‘Enter.’ Each time you press ‘Enter,’ the next heading’s information will be displayed. Once you have seen all the information under each selected heading, you will be returned to the 111 Screen. | |
