SERVICES & SOS

 

In addition to the management and maintenance of the U.T. System Complex, Facilities Management offers a wide variety of facility-related services. Central to our ability to effectively serve the complex is the Service Order System (SOS) which was designed as a conduit through which work requests are reported.

• coordination for office or departmental relocation
• surplus computer equipment removal
• storage for documents on destruction schedule

ERGONOMIC ASSESSMENTS are scheduled through the Office of Risk Management (click here for information about Office Ergonomics from their website). Please contact your Departmental Safety Liaison (DSL) who will submit a Safety SOS.

 

ALL FACILITY ISSUES SHOULD HAVE OUR ATTENTION.
