Facilities Management has an online tool called the Service Order System (SOS) whereby maintenance, repair and service requests can be submitted. Each department has at least one representative who is authorized to create work orders. Please contact that person when you have something to report or request, and please be as specific as possible. The work order is electronically transmitted directly to Facilities Management where it is assigned to the appropriate staff.

All Facility issues should have our attention. Please ask your departmental representative to submit an SOS for any concern you have.
