Note: Transportation Services’ hours of operation are from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. When scheduling your meeting,, please include at least 2 hours setup time before and after the actual meeting timeframe.
Note : On occasion, the ASH 2 and ASH 9 calendars are booked back-to-back, leaving little time for rearrangements. If the work needs to be done outside Transportation’s regular hours, overtime will be charged.
Note: Please submit the request as soon as possible. Many times during the year, Transportation Services is involved with campus-wide events such as graduation, football weekends, etc, and it is important to give as much advance notice as possible. |
