The Office of Finance is responsible for supporting the cash management function of the U. T. System and monitoring the centralization of invested operating funds. The Office works with each System institution and System Administration department to assist with wire transfers among the investment funds and to monitor banking collateral requirements. The Office works with the Chief Business Officers and UTIMCO to monitor the operating funds balances of the system in accordance with the Board of Regents Allocation for Non Endowment Funds Policy Statement (“Allocation Policy”).
