Whitney worked in New York at Global Secured Capital, a hedge fund focused on investments in the insurance industry. Whitney focused on the due diligence, acquisition and subsequent rehabilitation of Global Secured Capital’s annuity based life insurance company. Prior to the Global Secured Capital, Whitney was an Analyst on the Municipal Derivative Trading Desk at Bear Stearns where she modeled and priced various derivative structures and developed associated marketing materials for debt management opportunities for public finance issuers across the country. Whitney holds a BA from Harvard University where she was a member of the varsity swim team.
