Registration

The UT System Clinical Safety and Effectiveness Conference and Recognition Event is open to all graduates of the CS & E course, employees of any UT System institution and others. Registration will be open on a space available basis until Tuesday, September 10, 2013.

Registration fee to attend is $100 for employees of a UT System institution. Primary and secondary authors of submitted abstracts need to register as such in order to not pay a registration fee (maximum of two per abstract). Any person participating in an undergraduate or graduate medical education program within the UT System may register for $75. The conference is open to non-UT System employees for a registration fee of $250. Participants will be responsible for paying for their own travel and accommodations.

Employee of UT System institution - $100
Primary or secondary author of submitted abstract - $0
Student in graduate or undergraduate medical education program at UT System institution - $75
Non-UT System employee - $250
CS & E Planning Committee member - $0

Registration will be open on a space available basis until Tuesday, September 10, 2013. If you need to cancel your registration, please do so in writing to Susan Onion - sonion@utsystem.edu.

No registration refunds will be available after September 10, 2013.
