UT System Regents to Meet via Telephone Conference Call on August 15

AUSTIN –The Board of Regents of The University of Texas System and The Board of Directors of The University of Texas Investment Management Company (UTIMCO) will hold a joint special called meeting by telephone on Monday, Aug. 15, in Austin. The meeting will be held on the ninth floor of Ashbel Smith Hall, 201 W. 7th Street.

The Board will convene in open session at approximately 2:00 p.m. to discuss and take possible action on proposed changes to investment policy statements and to the derivatives investment policy.

The meeting will adjourn at approximately 3:00 p.m.
