UT System Regents to Meet via Telephone Conference Call on October 31

AUSTIN –The Board of Regents of The University of Texas System will hold a special called meeting by telephone on Monday, Oct. 31, in Austin. The meeting will be held on the ninth floor of Ashbel Smith Hall, 201 W. 7th Street.

The Board will convene in open session at approximately 10:30 a.m. and immediately recess to executive session to discuss legal and personnel matters regarding the contract for the provision of correctional managed care.

The Board will then convene in open session to discuss and take possible action related to the interim contract for the provision of correctional managed care by UTMB Galveston, which was approved by the Board on August 24, 2011.

The meeting will adjourn at approximately 11:00 a.m.
