Jack O'Donnell

Assistant General Counsel

Jack O'Donnell is an Assistant General Counsel in the General Law Section of the Office of General Counsel, where he specializes in employment, tort and civil rights law.

Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, Mr. O'Donnell was an Assistant Attorney General in the General Litigation Division of the Texas Attorney General’s Office. Mr. O’Donnell’s experience also includes private practice with law firms in Austin, Texas, specializing in business litigation, and 16 years as a federal prosecutor.

Mr. O'Donnell graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Accounting and earned his JD from The University of Texas School of Law.
