Job Purpose	To oversee the development and direction of all student services within the U. T. TeleCampus.
Education and experience required including training, registration, and licensure.	Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years related experience.
Supervision provided to others.	No

Job Functions
Number	Description
1.	Work with the technology coordinator to develop the functional requirements for the new student information system.
2.	Establish and maintain the customer support center.
3.	Liaison between administration and student services, content development services, library and information services, the component resource centers and policy and legal services.
