Maintain a bill tracking and bill analyses database through the ATLAS (Automated Tracking of Legislative Analyses Service) system. |

Act as liaison between Governmental Relations and System components. Responsible for setting up the training, scheduling meetings, and other activities related to legislative tracking. |

Utilize the Internet for legislative information and monitor legislative committees. |
4. |
Prepare and proof correspondence and other documents. |
5. |
Prepare reports, presentations and booklets for distribution to the governing bodies of the U. T. System and to officials and staff of the legislative branches of government. |
| 6. | Assist in the preparation of letters, reports, charts and presentations and maintain orderly files. |
| 7. | Perform other functions as required. |
