1.

Monitor committee meetings and track legislative bills and hearings of interest to the U. T. System. 

2.

Attend any meetings as required to represent the Office of Governmental Relations and provide synopses.

3.

Coordinate and complete special projects as assigned by the Vice Chancellor and Assistant Vice Chancellors.

4.

Determine sources of information to complete tasks, gather data/information for efficient analysis, and determine format for presenting/providing data and analysis.
5. Monitor projects, reports and informational documents.
6. Keep track of flagged legislative bills and print reports indicating status of bills.
7. Type lists and databases for legislative members, state officials, and others and create reports.
8. Create presentations, informational booklets, tables and charts, and other information for the Vice Chancellor, and for other related projects.
