Prepare and manage all furnishing contracts, including bonds and insurance. |

Monitor the production of schedules and oversight of installation of furnishings. |

Act as liaison with Construction Manager to meet installation schedules. |

Assist Interior Designers in preparing specifications, cost estimates, and bid documents on an as-needed basis. |

Process change orders to furnishing contracts, review and approve pay requests. |
