Review and approve architectural, civil, structural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical shop drawings and other submissions. |

Inspect work for compliance with contract provisions. |

Maintain job records, text reports and similar documentation. |

Assist the Resident Construction Manager in solving problems involving architectural, civil, structural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical matters. |

Coordinate and monitor material testing and air balance testing. |
6. |
Review and approve montly requests for payment sent from contractors. |
