Maintain the lawn by mowing, trimming, watering, fertilizing, and general care. |

Maintain flower beds and provide tree care by pruning, weeding, planting, and fertilizing as needed. |

Maintain clean drive-ways and patio areas by power washing, raking, utilizing power blowers, and other pressure washers. |
4. |
Maintain the pool and irrigation system by testing chemicals and changing sprinkler heads and pipes. |
5. |
Communicate with vendors and System employees regarding maintenance or material needs. |
6. |
Perform administrative office work such as filing paperwork, creating memos and other documents, and daily logs. |
