Prepare and monitor work requests for maintenance and repair and report any maintenance problems. |

Supervise the mail and supply room by ensuring all mail and supplies are delivered in a timely manner. |

Supervise the building attendants by providing clear work instructions and observing performance. |

Supervise the ground attendants by providing clear work instructions and observing performance. |
5. |
Maintain the supply room by conducting periodic inventories and purchasing supplies as needed. |
6. |
Conduct periodic inspections of the mechanical and storage rooms, and common areas to identify and correct any situations that may pose a safety hazard for occupants of the buildings. |

Conduct periodic inspections of all buildings to identify and report repairs or maintenance needed to maintain the appearance of a class office building. |
