Work collaboratively with support staff. |

Schedule meetings of U. T. System Adminsitration Compliance Committee and take minutes at meeting. |

Draft and initiate compliance program correspondence. |
4. |
Design, write, and coordinate compliance publications. |

Maintenance compliance web site. |
6. |
Maintain compliance manual including monitoring plans. |
7. |
Coordinate the risk assessment process and update the risk-based plan. |

Compile quarterly reports to the U. T. System-wide Compliance Officer and committee. |

Develop curriculum and assist in the coordination of general compliance training. |

Track and follow-up items as identified by Compliance Officer and/or Manager of Compliance. |

Administrative duties for the maintenance of employee hotline. |

Administrative duties related to the on-line training function. |
