Education and experience required including training, registration, and licensure. High school diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 3 years clerical experience.

1.

Develop, evaluate, and review the retention schedule and guidelines.

2.

Maintain the operation of an efficient and effective records center.

3.

Conduct research/file searches for other U. T. System offices and components as needed.

4.

Participate as a committee member for the development of the Record Management Retention Manual and vital records.

5.

Oversee the disposition of unneeded records.

6.

Manage records which includes coding, maintenance, and retrieval of all documents.
