Develop, evaluate, and review the retention schedule and guidelines. |

Conduct research/file searches for other U. T. System offices and components as needed. |

Participate as a committee member for the development of the Record Management Retention Manual and vital records. |

Oversee the disposition of unneeded records. |

Manage records which includes coding, maintenance, and retrieval of all documents. |
