1.

Perform general office duties such as typing routine correspondence, answering telephones and maintaining files.

2.

Assemble and organize materials.

3.

Order office supplies and maintain equipment inventory.

4.

Draft documents relating to activities in the department by compiling and organizing information, typing documents using PC and various software applications.

5.

Receive, sort and distribute mail.

6.

Act as a receptionist, answer routine questions, and refer other inquiries as appropriate.

7.

Responsible for the design, execution, and effectiveness of a system of internal controls which provides reasonable assurance that operations are effective and efficient, assets are safeguarded, financial information is reliable, and applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures are followed.
