1.

Maintain and manage the Law Library.

2.

Supervise and coordinate daily work of the records and library staff.

3.

Perform records management by ensuring compliance with legal requirements affecting retention, dissemination, access, and storage of information.

4.

Perform library management by providing assistance to the General Counsel in evaluating pre-purchase of publications and computer software for the Law Library.

5.

Operate and maintain records system, including receipt, storage, retrieval and disposition.
