Job Purpose To facilitate HUB participation, monitor compliance, produce reports, and implement HUB strategic plan.
Education and experience required including training, registration, and licensure. High school diploma or GED with 7 years experience in accounting and/or minority development programs.

1.

Responsible for HUB program development and compliance, including mentor/protégé program, Good Faith Effort program/reporting, and outreach.

2.

Represent UT System at professional and civic organization assemblies.

3.

Responsible for HUB reporting on major construction projects.

4.

Explain and promote HUB program to staff and component institutions.

5.

Develop, conduct, and attend trade fairs.

6.

Promote HUB usage with architects, engineers, and contractors.

7.

Maintain HUB database.
